Twist Flow Nozzle
A small twist in the flow—and your printer unlocks its true potential. With our patented spiral melt-path, the Twist Flow Nozzle (TFN) supercharges heat transfer, melting filament faster and more evenly than ever before. Push the limits of speed without compromising print quality.

A twist in the design
The twist flow nozzle is constructed out of three parts:
- Outer shell made out of heat-conducting
material and features to mount the nozzle into the 3D printer's hotend;
- Two inserts made from high heat-conducting material, engineered with a geometry that enhances heat transfer and increases the nozzle’s plastic-melting capacity;
At the core, the Twist Flow Nozzle has a specially designed melting zone shape that maximizes contact surface
area between the filament and the nozzle and at the same time improves the heat transfer into the melting plastic. This results in a higher melting capacity, a smoother flow, and more precise filament extrusion consistency.
Our first release is a V6-compatible nozzle, protected with an RNC coating that greatly increases wear resistance when printing abrasive materials.

Performance
Performance tests with the Twist Flow Nozzle, conducted using the Smart Orbiter 3, show a remarkable increase in melting capacity (~150%) compared to a standard V6 brass nozzle.
Performance may vary with different hotends and filament types, and the melting capacity increase is less significant when paired with already high-flow designs like the TL Dragon ACE HF, Goliath, or similar.
*Test conditions: SO3, ABS @250˚C.
